Shop orders

High&Dry shop orders are processed and shipped daily Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). If your order is placed before 12pm PST Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) you can enjoy same day shipping.

Our Returns policy

Once you have made a purchase of a product from our shop, we are unable to cancel or refund your purchase. No returns on products unless a product is received damaged or different from what you ordered. 

For products missing from order or damaged during the shipping process

If an item is missing from your  order or damaged during the shipping process you must open a support ticket HERE within 72 hours of delivery of your product to qualify for a replacement item. For damaged items please submit a photo and description of the damage along with your support  ticket. A replacement item will be shipped to you within 3 business day as long as the item is still in stock.
